A Paragould man reported to police at about 5 a.m. Tuesday that his truck was broken into during the night. He reported the medications Bencar, Xanax and Soma were taken, along with about $10 in cash. A woman told police Tuesday she visited a friend’s house on East Poplar Street the night before and parked her car in the garage with the keys in the ignition. She discovered her radio was stolen, along with a 400-amp that was in the trunk. Paragould Police took a report Monday regarding a burglary at a resident on Royal Street. The male resident told police someone busted down the door and took a laptop computer and a CD/mp3 player were taken. A man reported Tuesday that a wallet containing $580 was stolen from his home on South Second Avenue. He told police he called his ex-wife to come and take him to the store because he “had a few beers” and didn’t want to drive. He took $10 from the wallet and left it on the kitchen table.
