What could be stopped UP, my car keeps blowing the o-ring on the oil filter.?

What could be plugged? I have a 96 Ford T_Bird with a V-6, and I just installed a crank kit (crank and new rods and mains) when I started to crank...


This does not ring true, there are too many other places more pressure could emerge.

It would blow your gauge first I've seen it.

I'm lost on this one too. Are you sure the gasket on the old filter is not blocked on the block where the filter screws?
